PAUL THOMAS WALKER, SR.  

A native of Chattanooga, TN and resident of Baltimore, MD entered into rest on July 25, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with sarcoidosis. He was a highly respected Attorney who practiced with his wife in Walker & Walker Associates, P.C in Washington, DC for over forty years and had previously lived in Columbia, MD, where he worked at the Rouse Company. He was an alumnus of Morehouse College, Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown Law School. A member of Bethel A.M.E. Church in Baltimore, Paul served on the Steward and Trustee Boards. Beloved husband of Betty S Walker for 48 years, he is also survived by his mother, Vivian Ware, loving children: Paul Walker, Jr. (Cynthia), Camarf (Cami), Walker, Dr. Tarik Walker (Dr. Jessica) and Kumi Walker (Dr. Joy); eight grandchildren, Paul III, Kimberly, DeAndre, Ava, Malia, Isaac, Bo Drake and Samara Imani Walker; three brothers, William Walker (Treena), Saul and Albert Ware (LaDonna) and a host of other relatives and friends. On August 3, 2013, a Homegoing Celebration will be held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 1300 Druid Hill Ave. Baltimore, Md 21217, with viewing at 9 a.m. and Service at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Daniel Payne Scholarship Fund, Bethel A.M.E., in memory of Paul T.
