I just heard the Rev. Brooks died. I used to love going by their shop and visiting with him and his wife. He would always have a treat for my dog and if he didn't he would pull something out of his own lunch. The Rev. and Mrs. Brooks really helped make Bloomingdale a special neighborhood. I will certainly miss him.

I am so sorry about Rev. Brooks's passing. I have wonderful memories of my conversations with him and literally every piece of furniture in the house has been done by him at least once, so I think of him all the time.
