I still can’t believe Done is gone. He was a life source and a constant source of joy and optimism. I miss him.

I just learned of this and am absolutely shocked. I cannot imagine the world without Don around to prod us to laugh and enjoy (and, of course, to buy insurance). Very few people ever had his joy of life, infectious enthusiasm and and vibrance. The Redskins should dedicate a game to him. We shall all miss him.

Dear Debbie and family,
We were so very saddened to learn of Donald's passing.
He was a wonderful, fun, and caring friend. Bill remembers how Donald went out of his way to help Bill's parents when they moved to Washington years ago.
And we both remember great times at football games and Super Bowls.
He will be greatly missed and we feel lucky to have known him.
With love and sympathy,
Carolyn & Bill

Love and prayers from the Carson family to you, Debbie, and the family. I can still see the HUGE bouquet of flowers he sent when our son was born and the giddiness in his voice when he called me in the hospital to wish us well on that day! Burgundy and gold forever.....he will be greatly, greatly missed. Much love, The Carsons

Don was the most debonair and suave of the M Financial partners! May the memories you created together bring you comfort and peace at this difficult time and in the days to come. May his memory be for a blessing.

Don was truly a good man. I had the pleasure of working with him when I worked at The Meltzer Group and where he befriended me. When I moved back to Mass., he gave me a book of photos of Washington, DC with a very kind note in it. The book is front and center in my home office! My condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed.

To me, "Siggy" was just a wonderful man who was so full of life, love, and humor. His vivacious, positive energy was contagious and I will always remember our good times rooting for the Redskins!
