I miss you Uncle Bob. You were always such a positive person and I remember all the times you would visit us in NY during my childhood. I will also miss your warm kind heart and sense of humor. Love you and may you rest in peace.

Robert A. O'Connell, my uncle and namesake, may you rest in peace. He was indeed the quintescential family man and indeed friend to many in his journey through this life. No truer examply of Christian charity could have been given as he lived his every day life. He always had a kind word and was always optimistic, indeed, patient with what God would plan for him and send into his life.
I miss not being able to speak with him on occasion over the phone, but I do have the hope that he is in Paradise.
May his soul and all the souls of the Faithful Departed rest in peace.
We miss you Uncle Bob! Semper Fidelis!
Love, Robert, Julia, Ronan and Jude O'Connell
PS a Requiem Mass was offered for him in November and a Month's Mind Mass was also said in December in New York.

Courtnie, Adam, Nathan and Tara - We have many fond memories of the O'Connell family across the street growing up. Bob was always so kind to all the kids who ran in and out of your Waynewood home. Good times and great memories. Only good ones of your father. My condolences to you all.

I miss you too Uncle Bob! You accomplished so many things in your life and am so proud you are my Uncle! I cherish all the phone calls and especially the "Love you dear" at the end of each call.

Bob also left behind many friends and people who are better off that we had an opportunity to know him and learn from him. Thanks to Bob and all his family. Love to all. Paula and Family
