All of the family are in my thoughts and prayers. My husband Dennis was a cousin to Colleen and we had a lovely visit with Leo years ago. Denny had great respect for both of them. The memories of them will remain in your hearts forever and provide great comfort to you. Fondly Christine Daleiden

Lt. Col. Duggan was a perfect example of one of the members of The Greatest Generation.--honorable, dedicated, patriotic, with work ethics that are to be admired. He was handsome--dashing with the sharpest, keen eyes. His presence commanded respect.. He was strong! He raised FIVE daughters and a son!!! He will be fondly remembered and missed dearly. I'm so glad to have known him.
