CECIL E. RUCKER, SR.
Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Doris Slade Rucker; daughter, Roxane; son, C.J.; five grandchildren, Joya, Imani, Dylan, Cameron and Jaron; brother, Charles; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Rucker will lie in state at Turner Memorial AME Church, 7201 16th Pl., Hyattsville, MD on Friday, June 17, from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Interment Washington National Cemetery. Services by STEWART.www.stewartfuneralhome.com
