It was a great pleasure to meet Mrs. Fitzpatrick prior to the commissioning ceremony of the Forrest Sherman DDG98 in January. It was a shock to hear of her passing, but I'm glad to know that she made it to the ceremony in honor of her father. I still serve on the ship. My sympathy to the family.

I remember with much fondness our days together at Coronado High School. You were such a special friend and I remember our driving to school together. I will always cherish our friendship and you will be so much missed. You were in a class by yourself.
