Robert F. "Bob" Buska, found Eternal Peace on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at the age of 78. Loving husband of 53 years to Betty. Cherished dad of Brenda (John) McGinn, Brad (Julie) Buska, Beth (Steve) Spaude and Boni (John) Schmittner. Amazing grandpa of Zachary, Kaitlyn, Emily, Matthew, Chad, Jess, Seth, Robert and Karleigh. Brother of Alice, Donald, Richard, Arlene and Thomas. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Robert retired from the Milwaukee Police Department after 32 years of service.
Visitation Monday, April 22, at ST. THERESE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 113 W. Kort St., Rothschild, from 9 to 11 a.m. Memorial Mass 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society in Robert's name would be appreciated. (www.cancer.org)

Betty and family ,just found out of the passing of bob ,so sorry for your loss .bob was always very kind too our family .I am glad that rich and I got too see him last summer..

Condolences to Bob's family and friends. When I hit the street in October of 1968
I worked with Bob on Sqd. 40 the first night. He was a great guy and will be missed.

To the entire Buska family sorry to hear about Bob,great guy always had a cold cheap beer for me. One of my dad true friends and will be missed. Bob next time up north i will have a Black Russian and play "Bobby McGee" on the jukebox because you liked that song because you said it was the longest song for the money! RIP Bob.

Bob was a great guy and a good friend to my dad, Leon Kroening. Hanging out with the Buska's one always felt at home and part of the family. Our prayers are with the family as they remember a very good man with a great heart ! God Bless You and the entire Buska family.....

Met Bob in Dec.1963 as a new recruit.Worked Sq.76 Late shift.One hour into the shift,I new then I might have a friend for life.I was never disapointed,50 years later it ended.Now when I see an empty seat in my boat,I will think of Bob. R.I.P my friend.

Thoughts and prayers are with the Buska family. I worked with Bob at District Four (Late). He taught me a lot. I made my first arrest while working with Bob one night. He will not be forgotten. RIP Bob.
