It's been a quite awhile since Daryl and I were BUDS. But who could or even wants to forget the good times we had! I used to stay with him at the Shack every once in awhile. He was my best friend! After going into the service "Vietnam". We each had our own lives to live, he got married before I came back, so that changed a lot for both of us.
But, that is how life works. Anyway I still miss him. He was a very great friend!!

I moved Daryl's neighborhood a couple years ago and he was one of the first people I met and we probably talked for over an hour. After that, whenever I ran into him (which seemed to happen fairly often), he would always have a big smile on his face and have the most interesting stories to tell. I really enjoyed visiting with him. He was a great guy and one of the nicest people I knew. I wish there were more people in the world like Daryl. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Daryl, and with all of your family and friends. You will be missed.
