Lila J. Frame, Kronenwetter, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012, at the age of 70, following a five month battle with cancer.

Lila was born May 20, 1941, in San Diego, Calif., the daughter of Theodore and Norma (Gates) Haering. She was married to James L. Frame, on June 7, 1969, in Las Vegas, Nev.
Lila retired as a secretary/bookkeeper from City County Data Center Commission, Wausau, in 1998. Since retirement, she and her husband have spent their winter months in Apache Junction, Ariz., while living at home in Kronenwetter during the remaining periods. She enjoyed reading, solving word puzzles, water aerobics and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband James L. Frame, Kronenwetter; son, James M. (Kendy) Frame, Weston; grandchildren, Cyndal, Jamison and Reid Frame; and sister, Sherry (Dan) Hull, Centralia, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Michael Gates; and daughter, Deborah Frame.
A memorial service, officiated by Reverend Sid Bouldin, will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Covenant Community Presbyterian Church, 1806 Weston Avenue, Weston. The family will begin greeting friends at 4:30 p.m. The service will begin at 5:30 p.m.
