Finnegan Patrick Ringdroski
Finnegan Patrick Ringdroski, 2, died peacefully Jan. 5, 2013, at his home in Madison from a 14-month crusade against brain cancer.
Finn was born Sept. 20, 2010. He was an amazing little boy. He never worried, never stressed, never felt bad for long. He was resilient and tough. Finn had a way of making people feel better.
Finn loved flirting with nurses, the Green Bay Packers, Canada, Bucky Badger, reading stories, blueberries, yelling at squirrels in the garden, throwing balls, Scout, his blankie, stealing his sister's Nuk, playing peek-a-boo, cranial-sacral therapy, hugs, melon, his occupational/physical and speech therapists, his grandpas and grandmas, and life.
From Finn's life and death we can all learn to love each other more and treat each other better. He's taught us what true generosity and friendship is. Finn can teach us of the frailty of life and the strength of love to overcome pain. Finn is in a better place -- he's walking with God and his spirit will live with us forever.
Finn is survived by his parents, Michael Ring and Nicole Mondroski; his twin sister, Evelyn Josephine; grandparents, Pat and Kathy Ring, Trempealeau, and Dennis and Carol Mondroski, Mosinee; aunts and uncles, Jamie and Becky Pemble, Mosinee, Joe and Chris Mondroski, Grand Rapids, Mich., Jason Ring, Two Rivers; cousins, Chase and Drake Pemble, and Ella and Joliana Mondroski, great-grandparents, Ellen Zarnstorff, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Edward Mondroski, Mosinee.
