K.c. Elliott Obituary

Elliott, K.C. Christopher

K.C. Elliott left this world January 3, 2014. He was loved, hated, praised, cherished, and cursed by relatives and friends alike. He ultimately left this world much too soon and of course from raising hell for 27 years. He lived life on his own terms.

K.C.was born on December 22, 1986 to Tom and Pam Elliott. He was a beautiful, unique, kind, strong, and loving young man. K.C. had an awesome sense of humor, a wicked mischievous streak, a twinkle in his eye, and a great love for family. He was adored by his sisters and was the best brother they could have ever asked for. He loved music, beer, movies, Crown Royal, television, his dogs, shoes, bling, hats, the Chicago Bears (we decided not to disown him anyway), and women, but not necessarily in that order.

He is survived by his parents Tom and Pam Elliott, two sisters; Christi and Abbey (his forever side kick), two daughters; Alissa and Shanell, his girlfriend Tilly and her daughter McKenzie, Aunt Su, Aunt Cindy, Uncle David, Uncle Mike, and Aunt Karen, nephews and niece; Dakota, Phoenix, Asia, Abel, and many more friends and relatives.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Charles and Audrey Elliott.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2014 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Friends may call on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services all at the Sixth Street funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.petersonkraemer.com. Following the services you may re-tell the stories he can no longer share. If you have a special memory or maybe just want to irritate K.C for all eternity, please bring a magnet or sticker to attach to his urn for evermore.

Even though our K.C. didn't survive our family tragedy, the Elliott's would graciously and with much heartfelt love like to thank the EMT crew, E.R. staff, the surgical team, and the ICU team at Aspirus Hospital for going above and beyond to try and save our K.C. We know you did all you could and then some.

I reach out to the Wausau Daily Herald from time to time to catch up on what's happening in my home town. I never met KC, but his Obit was so poignant and entertaining, I wish I had. Whoever wrote it had to be very close to him. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved him.

KC was a very special person. His genuine love for his family and friends was always glowing. He told me onetime that the only reason work was tolerable is that I made him laugh.
It takes two to laugh. I will miss him.
