Virginia "Ginny" Buehler, age 84, longtime resident of Paupack, Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Bethany Village, Bethany, PA.|
Born May 27, 1928, in Johnstown, PA, Ginny was the daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Davis) Blough. She was preceded in death by Paul, her husband of 50 years, in 2000.
She was a graduate of Johnstown Central High School and Susquehanna University. Prior to her retirement, she had been a teacher at Paupack Elementary School. Ginny was a member of Paupack United Methodist Church where she participated in the food pantry, preschool and choir. She was also an active member of the Wallenpaupack Historical Society.
She is survived by one daughter: Stephanie Hill and her husband Scott of Reading, PA; one son: Scott Buehler of Hawley; a grandson: Brandon Hill of Reading; and a sister-in-law: Meta Buehler of Richmond, VA.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Miriam.
The funeral will be Tuesday, March 19, at 11 AM at Paupack United Methodist Church, Rt 507, Paupack, with Rev. Robert L. Wood officiating. Private burial will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Paupack..
