Sally Ann McPartlan, the Hideout, Lake Ariel, died Tuesday morning at home. Her husband of 59 years is John McPartlan.|
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Sally Ann was the daughter of the late William and Mary Ellen Sheridan O'Connor. Sally Ann was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School in Brooklyn, NY and was a member of the St. Thomas More St. Mary's Parish Community, Lake Ariel, PA.
Sally Ann's career began during the 70s while working at James H. Haas Realty in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, NY. Sally Ann was also a
very active volunteer working as both a CCD teacher as well as an Eucharistic Minister at St Patrick's Parish in Bay Ridge, NY.
Sally Ann was also employed as an Administrative Assistant with Shearson Lehman Brothers at WTC2.
Surviving are a daughter Theresa McPartlan of Brooklyn; sons John and his wife Karen of Scotch Plains, NJ and Dennis and his wife Eileen of Milltown, NJ; a son in law Martin Bajo of Staten Island; and a sister, Theresa Canny of Brooklyn, NJ; grandchildren Jeffrey, Christie, Caitlin, Heather, Sean and Colleen as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Ann Bajo.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Thomas More Church, 105 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel by Rev. Michael Finn.
Friends may call Thursday from 3-8 p.m. in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel.
Interment, St. Catherine's Cemetery, Moscow.
