WEST LIBERTY – Karen L. Moore, 49, of DeGraff passed away at 5:07 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2014, at her home. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on May 18, 1965, to Richard and Loretta (Wheeler) Picker, who survive in Northridge, Ohio.

On April 2, 2005, she married Jeffrey Moore and he survives, along with her children, Jordan Perry of Urbana, Heather (Bill Willoughby) Moore of Casstown, Zachary (Joanna) Moore of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, and Gregrey (Jennifer Marzec) Moore of Columbus; four grandchildren; two sisters, Chris (Chris) Kauffenbarger of Dublin and Jennifer (Lee) Swisher of Springfield; a brother, Rick Picker of Lancaster; and several nieces and nephews.

A beloved wife, Karen worked as a Senior Paralegal for Konecranes in Springfield. She enjoyed cooking, especially researching and experimenting with new recipes on the weekends. Karen appreciated the private, secluded life on the farm, traveling to the beach, reading, watching movies and sitting on the patio.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014, at the Walter-Smith Funeral Home, 642 S. Main Street, Urbana, Ohio 43078. Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made in Karen's memory to Logan County Casa, 1855 Ohio 47, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43318.
