Wanda Rollins

BELLEFONTAINE - Wanda Jean Rollins, 76, of East Liberty passed away Friday morning, June 30, 2017 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Wanda was born in Mt. Sterling, Ohio on September 5, 1940 to the late Fred and Leatha (Dials) Lemaster. She was also preceded in death by her former husband, John Alfred Rollins, son Rodney D. Rollins, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a sister Evelyn Passwaters.

Wanda worked at Marysville Memorial Hospital for 25-plus years and retired as the Dietary Supervisor. She loved gardening, flowers, and line dancing. Wanda proudly supported veteran causes, women's cancer groups and St. Jude's Hospital. She was a member of Bellefontaine First Church of God.

Wanda is survived by her sons: Rick (Tami) Rollins of East Liberty, Russell Rollins of Zanesfield and Roger (Melissa) Rollins of Huntsville; a daughter-in-law Vicki Rollins of Urbana; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister Linda (Jim) Helriggle of Russells Point; and several nieces and nephews.

Pastor Gary Brown will officiate the funeral service on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11am at Bellefontaine First Church of God, 1000 E. Brown Ave. Bellefontaine, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Middleburg Cemetery.
