MECHANICSBURG – Wilma Violet Jenkins, 93, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014, in Miller's Merry Manor, Sullivan, IN.

She was born June 12, 1921, to the late Homer and Vina (Lewis) Holley.

Wilma enjoyed sewing, crocheting and making quilts.

She is survived by her sons, George (Jane) Jenkins of Sullivan, IN, and Donald (Patricia) Jenkins of London, her daughters, Margaret Vaughan of North Lewisburg and Betty Pollock of London, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, brother, Alvin (Frieda) Holley, her sisters-in-law, Virginia, Kathleen and Martha Holley, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert T. Jenkins, Jr.; children, Roberta Tigner, Patricia Ann Abernathy and Robert Jenkins Jr;. and brothers, Norman, Charles and Bernard.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014, in the SKILLMAN, MCDONALD & VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Mechanicsburg. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be held at a later date in Dayton National Cemetery.
