Helen M. Tostanoski Obituary
WELLSVILLE - Helen M. Tostanoski, 75, of Wellsville, formerly of Savona, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Olean General Hospital.

She was born on August 5, 1943 in Corning. She married Francis B. Tostanoski on July 15, 1961 in Corning. He predeceased her on November 8, 2009.

Helen enjoyed camping, wildlife watching, and spending time with her family. In the past, Helen worked at Newberry's, Chatfield Farms and was a day care provider, Cub Scout leader and enjoyed crafting.

She is survived by her three children, Francis S. (Leona) Tostanoski of Aurora, Co., Michelle L. (Jay) Nichols of Savona, and Kevin J. (Leslie) Tostanoski of Bath, grandchildren, Krista (Joseph) Simpson of Bath, Julie-Anne Nichols of Savona, Phillip (Jennifer) Nichols of Thurston, Alisia (Kenny) Murta of Lees Summit, Mo, Jon (Anelin) Tostanoski of Snohomish, Wash., Andrew Malchoff, Michael Tostanoski, Sarah Tostanoski, and Mitchell Tostanoski all of Bath, nine great grandchildren, brother, George Rigby of Gallopville, sisters, Viola Albert of Canyon Lake, Texas, Carol Turner of Painted Post, and Frances Driscoll of Brockport, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her partner, Robert Burton of Wellsville and his children, Amy Burton of Aurora, Ariz. and Christopher Burton of Bellview, Ill, and his step children Harley Lamphier and Melissa Lamphier both of Scio, Tammy and Ron Latham of Belmont and Glen and Dion Rifenburg of Wellsville.

Family and friends are invited to call at Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 East Pulteney Street, Corning, on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. Helen's celebration of life service will follow there at 4 p.m. with the Reverend Craig Buckley officiating. Burial will take place at Seamans Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
