Joseph B. Wiech Obituary
SCIO - Joseph B. Wiech, 65, of 5001A Snowball Hollow Road, passed away on Sunday (June 15, 2014)?in the Olean General Hospital following a lengthy illness.

He was born April 10, 1949, in North Tonawanda, N.Y., the son of Joseph and Shirley Martin Wiech, II.

In 1968, in North Tonawanda, N.Y., he was married to Betty Brennon, who survives him.

He was a graduate of the North Tonawanda High School and had resided in Scio since 1986.

He was retired from the Shipping Department at Dresser-Rand in Wellsville and was a member of the Brookside Wesleyan Church in Wellsville.

Surviving are his wife, Betty; mother, Shirley; sons, Joseph (Crystal)?Wiech of Scio, and Adam (Brandy)?Wiech of Scio; daughters, Pamela (Jerry)?Palmer of Scio, and Jami (Chad)?D'Arcy of Scio; grandchildren, Tosha, Shayna, Autumn, Sheridan, Gabriell, Zachery, Sierra, Camryn, Laren, Trenton, Hailey, Paige and Jacob; great-granddaughter, Isabella; sisters, Susie (Bob)?McNulty, Patty (John)?Wentz and Tom?(Mary Ann)?Chadocki; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Wiech, II.

There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held on Saturday (July 5, 2014) at 10 a.m. in the Brookside Wesleyan Church in Wellsville with Rev. Robin George officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Allegany?County Cancer Services or the Brookside Wesleyan Church.

Arrangements are by the Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home of Wellsville.
