Camarda, Pamela B.
Pamela Jean Burke Camarda, a life long resident of Westport, Connecticut passed away August 12, 2014 at the age of 57 after a battle with cancer. Pamela was a Realtor in Westport for the past 25 years, most recently working with William Raveis Real Estate.
Born November 6, 1956, Pamela was a Staples High School graduate of the class of 1974. Prior to her successful career in Real Estate, Pamela had a career in broadcasting, working for WTNH-TV (Connecticut's ABC affiliate) and WKCI-FM (KC101).
Pamela was known for her affinity for white, fluffy lap dogs of which she was the guardian of several throughout her lifetime. Pamela was a life long animal lover, and believed strongly in animal rights.
Pamela was a beautiful soul who touched the lives of those whom truly got to know her. Her many clients benefitted from her honest, ethical approach to business and her friends learned a seemingly unending litany of household domestic tips.
Pamela is predeceased by her father, Charles S. Burke of Westport and Sarasota, FL, and her sister Marsha Burke Mangold of Sarasota, FL. Pamela is loved and survived by her only son, Jarrett Camarda of Los Angeles, CA and her mother, Helen M. Burke of Sarasota, FL and her dogs Baci and Tessa.
