Kimberly Lynn Lennox

Kimberly Lynn Lennox, 53, of 1101 N. Third, died at 12:40 a.m. Sunday (Jan. 13, 2013) in Blessing Hospital.

Kimberly was born Oct. 21, 1959, in Quincy, a daughter of Ronald and Carolyn Tournear Thomas. She married Douglas Wayne Lennox on July 2, 1993, in Quincy.

Kimberly was a member of Faith Assembly of God and the Ladies Night Out Group. She enjoyed board games, card games and fishing. She also crocheted.

Survivors include her father, Ronald Thomas of West Bloomfield, Mich.; her husband, Douglas Wayne Lennox of Quincy; two children, Michael R. Morgan, and Lori Lynn (Nyles Cable) Morgan, both of Quincy; two grandchildren, Leonard and Lucas Tournear; her father-in-law, Darreyl Lennox; her mother-in-law, Jolene Lennox; a brother-in-law, Drew (Alisha) Lennox; five sisters, Lori Thomas of Quincy, Leann (Richard) Buss of Hobbs, N.M., Rona (Clay) Simmons of Harrisburg, Sue (fiancée Ralph Canada) Guetersloh of Aubrey, Texas, and Marie Antoinette Thomas of West Bloomfield; six brothers, Ronald Thomas and Stephen Thomas, both of Quincy, Devin (Charlotte) Thomas of Colorado Springs, Colo., John Thomas and Alexander Thomas, both of Mount Vernon, Mo., and Billy Thomas of West Bloomfield; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; four aunts, Maxine (Chester) Prisner of Palmyra, Mo., Arlene Cecil and Marge Shaffer, both of Quincy, and Shirley (Bruce) Naderhoff of Fort Myers, Fla.; and two uncles, Robert (Charlotte) Tournear of LaGrange, Mo., and Raymond (Alma) Thomas of Georgetown, Texas.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Tournear Clow, and two aunts, Laura Mae and Wilma Thomas.

SERVICES: 10 a.m. Thursday in the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Connour conducting. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.

VISITATION: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home.
