Robin Evans, 45, of Quincy, died at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday (May 21, 2014) in the Sycamore Health Care Centre.
Born June 7, 1968, in Buena Vista, Ohio, Robin was the daughter of David Gary Evans and Joyce Elaine Lamb.
Robin was a member of The Crossing. She loved animals and enjoyed all kinds of sports, including playing softball and golf and was an avid Cincinnati Bengals football fan. Robin especially enjoyed spending time with her friends and shopping for good clothes. She was known to her friends as some what of a "fashionista." Robin was also an indebted friend to Bill W. and Dr. Bob.
Robin was a sales representative for various auto dealerships and for cemetery companies.
Survivors include her father, David Evans, and her stepmother, Mary Jean Evans, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; a brother, David Steven "Steve" Evans of Quincy; and a nephew, D. Chance Evans of Perry, Mo. Also surviving is the strong and loving fellowship of her many friends.
Miss Evans was preceded in death by her mother.
SERVICES: 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, in The Crossing Church, with Miles Devlin officiating.
VISITATION: A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Robin A. Evans will be held 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at The Crossing Church.
