BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. -- Brian R. Stickler, 37, of Blue Springs, died Monday (Nov. 26, 2012). Brian was born Feb. 5, 1975, to James and Bonnie Stickler in Quincy, Ill. He was part owner of Sticks in Blue Springs. Brian loved cars and motorcycles, watching sports and movies, and spending time with his niece, Mikayla. Survivors include his mother, Bonnie Stickler; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Rachelle Stickler; special niece, Mikayla Rae Stickler; aunts and uncles, Alan and Barb Swearingen, Ron and Sandy Kiekel, Jay and Ruthie Stickler and Richard Stickler; and cousins, Shawn, Travis, Britany, Shiloh, Jay and Stacy, and Linda and Tammy. He was preceded in death by his father, James Stickler; grandparents, John and Ruthie Stickler and Cecil and Dorothy Kiekel; and aunt, Evelyn Stickler. SERVICES: 7 p.m. Friday in the Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main St., Blue Springs, with the Rev. Randy Messer of First Baptist Church of Oak Grove conducting. Inurnment will be in Blue Springs Cemetery at a later date. VISITATION: 5-7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
