Gaylord Quentin Bell, 90, of 1103 Madison, died on Sunday (Oct. 28, 2012) in Sunset Home.

He was born Sept. 3, 1922, in Quincy, a son of Sam R. and Lillian (Pollock) Bell. He married Donna (Stathem) Naderhoff in 2003. She survives.

Quentin worked for CIPS, retiring after 35 years.

He was a 1941 graduate of Quincy High School and a member of Vermont Street United Methodist Church. Quentin was a member of the Elks Club. He loved to travel and had visited Florida, the Western States and Canada.

In addition to his wife, Donna, survivors include his son, Roger Quentin Bell of Quincy; two stepsons, David Allen Naderhoff and his wife, Libby, and Douglas Michael Naderhoff, both of Quincy; a granddaughter, Marsha Lundberg and her husband, Eric of Palmyra, Mo.; two great-grandchildren, Jackson Ryan Lundberg and Jonathon Wayne Lundberg; one step-granddaughter, Raina Naderhoff; and two nephews.

Quentin was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kenneth Bell; a sister, Madelaine Penn; and two sons, Bruce Allen and Steven Philip Bell in infancy.

SERVICES: 11 a.m. Thursday in the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home with the Rev. Sheila Kelly conducting. Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery.

VISITATION: 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

MEMORIALS: Vermont Street United Methodist Church.
