Obituary Condolences

Faye Hibbard, 83, of 1923 Ohio, died at 3:15 p.m. Feb. 27, 2013, in the home of her daughter in Quincy.

Born Aug. 21, 1929, in Quincy, Faye was a daughter of Ellsworth and Margaret Claussen Louderback. She married Stanley Hibbard Jr. on July 25, 1981, in Quincy. He died April 20, 2007.

Faye was a member of Madison Park Christian Church and of the EverReady Class. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, crocheting and reading and was a volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program and the Quincy Public Library. She also was a member of the Water Bugs swimming class at Quincy University.

Mrs. Hibbard owned and operated a beauty shop out of her house, called Faye's Magic Mirror, until her retirement.

Survivors include her daughter, Pat Crumrine (Ray) of Quincy; three grandchildren, Jennifer Chindarkar (Devendra) of Hampshire, Ill., Travis Crumrine (Teresa) of Las Vegas and David Crumrine (Amanda) of Palmyra, Mo.; a great-granddaughter, Ria Chindarkar of Hampshire; and a sister, Helen Wear of Quincy. Also surviving are several loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley; four brother; and four sisters.

SERVICES: A Celebration of Life luncheon and open house will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday in the Madison Park Christian Church Annex.
