Janet May Lotz, 89, of Good Samaritan Home, died on Friday (Sept. 14, 2012) in the home. Janet was born Jan. 1, 1923, in Quincy, a daughter of Clifton and Mabel Jones Naderhoff. Janet worked for the U.S. Army map service as a cartographer. She enjoyed art and traveling, and she had a true love of animals. Survivors include her son, Mark Lotz, and his wife, Kathleen, of Quincy; four grandchildren, Christina Nicholas, Kelly Mercer and her husband, Mark, and Grace Lotz, all of Kansas City, Mo., and Karina Warren of Quincy; and three great-grandchildren, Andrea and Adam Nicholas and William Mercer, all of Kansas City, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Nancy Ellen Lotz; and her five siblings, Vera Dittmeyer, Mildred Seeland, Les Naderhoff, Dale Naderhoff and Malcolm Naderhoff.
