Paul E. Crawford Obituary
Paul E. Crawford, 78, of 2231 Spruce, Quincy, died on at 6:46 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 17, 2013), in Blessing Hospital.

Paul was born Sept. 8, 1935 in Quincy, a son of William E. "W.E." and Ethel Patrick Crawford.

Paul was retired from Moorman Manufacturing after working for more than 30 years at the company.

He was a graduate of Quincy High School. Paul served in the U.S. Army and in the National Guard.

Paul was a member of the South Side Boat Club and the NRA. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.

Survivors include his sister, Denise Harman of Quincy; a brother, David Crawford and his wife, Diane, of Schaumburg, along with many nieces and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; his companion of 35 years, Mary Gunlock; and siblings, Donald (Norma) Crawford, Curtis (Faye) Crawford and Faye (Khaki) Crane.

SERVICES: 1:30 p.m. Friday graveside services will be held in Calvary Cemetery by the Monsignor Michael Kuse. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery with military honors.

VISITATION: There is no visitation, but family and friends are invited to the graveside services.
