CAMP POINT, Ill. -- Richard T. "Rick" Lenane, 58, formerly of Quincy and Marcelline, died Wednesday (Dec. 4, 2013) in Timber Pointe Health Care Center in Camp Point. He was born Nov. 15, 1955, in Quincy, a son of Paul and Mary Ludwig Lenane. Rick was employed for 17 years with the Quincy Fire Department. He retired in 1994 due to disability. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. He is survived by his mother, Mary Rose Lenane of Quincy; two children, Laura Unglesbee and her husband, Luke, of Macomb and Tom Lenane and his wife, Holly, of Quincy; six grandchildren, Ryley, Natalee, Caleb, Levi, Carter and Kilee; two brothers, Dan Lenane and his wife, Deborah, and Tim Lenane and his wife, Donna, all of Quincy; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father. SERVICES: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home, Quincy, and at 10 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Quincy. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Quincy. VISITATION: 4 to 7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with a prayer service at 4 p.m. MEMORIALS: Timber Pointe Health Care Center or Quincy Fire Department.
