LaGRANGE, Mo. -- Rosemary L. Musser, 90, of LaGrange, died at 8:28 a.m. Thursday (Nov. 22, 2012) in the Lewis County Nursing Home, Canton. She was born Nov. 17, 1922, in Ottumwa, Iowa, a daughter of Hiram Ezra and Gail Mary Kate Solter Hull. She married Carl Madison Musser on April 29, 1941, in Palmyra. He died Oct. 13, 1982. Rosemary was a graduate of LaGrange High School and was a lifetime member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in LaGrange. She enjoyed family, music, playing bridge and attending all church functions. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Jean Gude of Wellsville; a son, Charles M. (Debbie) Musser of Tucson, Ariz.; four grandchildren, Kevin (Terry) Gude of O'Fallon, David C. (Linda) Gude of Kennett, Carla J. (Troy) Basler of Foristell and Chad (Laura) Musser of St. Peters; five great-grandchildren, Lindsey, Clinton and William Gude, and Kayla and Cole Musser; one sister, Mrs. Betty Beeman of Jefferson City; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother, Ralph Hull; two sisters, Clara Mae Waganer and Jean Griesbaum; and a son-in-law, Gary Marshall. SERVICES: 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ken Tatkenhorst conducting. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery in LaGrange.
