Rovene L. Thirtyacre Obituary
CANTON, Mo. -- Mrs. Rovene L. Thirtyacre, 75, of North Port, Fla., formerly of Canton and Jefferson City, died Monday (April 14, 2014) at her home in North Port.

She was born May 19, 1938, in Blandinsville, Ill., a daughter of James and Edna Mae Hustead White. She married Roy E. Thirtyacre on April 27, 1957, at Edina. He survives.

Rovene enjoyed antiques for many years and was a manager at the Antique Mall in Jefferson City.

She was a member of the Colonial Baptist Church in North Port.

Survivors include her husband, Roy E. Thirtyacre of North Port; two daughters, Robin (Scotty) Cockrell and Rahna (Thornton) Barton III, both of Canton; four grandchildren, Shauna (Matt) McAneny of Astoria, Ore., Jason (Jane) Knittig of Webster Grove, Danielle (Sean) Eisenbeiss and Luke (Audrey) Barton, both of Canton; and five great-grandchildren, Reagan, Chloe, Aspen and Gwyneth of Astoria, Ore., and Isabella Barton of Canton.

She was preceded in death by her father, James White; her mother, Edna Mae Grandstaff; and stepfathers Glen Grandstaff and Alney Scott.

SERVICES: 3 p.m. Monday celebration of life services will be held in the Davis Funeral Home in Canton, with Rev. Brian Stone officiating. Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery in Canton. VISITATION: Monday from 1 p.m. until time of services at the Davis Funeral Home in Canton.
