Joseph Ray "Joe" Cutforth, 33, of Pierce, Colo., died Sunday (June 22, 2014) in his home. He was born Sept. 27, 1980, in Quincy, a son of Donald and Phyllis Hoover Cutforth. He was married to Courtney Grosick Cutforth. Joe attended Liberty Grade School and Liberty High School. He loved being with his friends and family and was an avid outdoorsman. Survivors include his parents, Donald and Phyllis Cutforth of Ewing, Mo.; a son, Bristol Joe Cutforth; a stepson, Chase John Henning; a brother, Chuck Cutforth, and his wife, Jaci; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives. He was preceded in death by a sister in infancy and his grandparents, Gene and Reva Cutforth and Levester and Virginia Hoover. SERVICES: 11 a.m. Saturday, June 28, in the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Camp Point. VISITATION: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 27, in the funeral home.
