I cannot find the words to fully express how much Mike means to me. Our relationship may have started with basketball but it was so much more than that. He reinforced values that will always stay with me; never put anyone or anything before God, hardwork, honesty, and to always try your hardest and to be proud of it.

Mike and Donna loved everyone unconditionally, and never expected anything in return. They impacted my life more than they will ever know with their kindness and compassion for others. They welcomed me into their family and made me feel as if I was one of their own.

My favorite bible verse is Philippians 1:3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you. I have no doubt that we will thank God everytime we think of Mike and Donna.

So very sorry to learn that Mike has passed away. We played basketball together on the Tap Room team in Kirksville for a few years. He was a very good player but an even better person who touched many lives. Rest in peace, Mike.
