I grew up with Dody since the thrid grade and we used to play in the street in front of her house. She was a good friend and alway had a great smile. I did not see her after High School but she will alway be in the Hearts of those who knew her.

Dear Jarrell and Morris Families,
How fortunate it was to know and have had the honor of working with Dody. No one could say the truth with such flair, humor, and grace like her. Always full of wisdom and willing to "kick me in the butt" when I needed it. Dody was never too busy to listen and offer advice, and if she told me to do something, I knew, without a doubt, that it had to be done. Dody made me a better teacher. She touched my life eternally, and I will forever be grateful for your sharing her with us at Los Osos. May the Lord comfort you all in this great loss.

Dear Mr. And Mrs. Morris,
I am deeply saddened to read of the passing of your dear daughter Dody. When I worked for you, Mrs. Morris, in the Activities Office of Mountain View High School, I still remember you telling me all about Dody. How proud you were of her! My prayers are with you and your entire family during this difficult loss. May God be your strength and provide you with His peace.
