Linda Karlene Burcroff
65, passed away at her home in Highland on February 14 2014 after a long battle with lung disease. She is survived by her devoted husband Robert (Bob) Burcroff, son David McMenomy, granddaughters Amanda and Kayla McMemony, sisters Paula Mailhot, Beth Paredes, Kaye (Yaya) Michaelson, step- daughters, Aundrea Pena and Susan Bowen, as well as many other family members and friends. Linda was born September 16, 1948 to the late Karl Lane and Betty Lou Miller in Lomita, California and was the oldest of 5 children. She attended Narbonne High School in Harbor City and had a AA from Crafton College in Yucaipa Ca. She worked until retirement at the North Island Naval Base in San Diego, where she met and married her husband of 20 years. Linda loved to read, was an avid collector of Gone with the Wind and Disney memorabilia. Most of all, Linda loved spending time with her granddaughters and her husband. Services and burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery on 3 March 2014, at 2:15. Family and friends are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Redlands Community Hospital Hospice.
