Victor D. Tantardino
Victoria was born on Dec. 25, 1956 to Gabe and Vera Tantardino of Colton, CA. He entered into rest on Jan. 14, 2014. He was a lifetime resident of Colton with the exception of his travels being a Vista Grande Hot Shot Firefighter with the US Forest Service for 20 years. This was his dream job located in the little mountain town of Idyllwild that he loved. He also worked for Hubbs Construction Co. until his retirement. He was a member of the Construction Labors Union. Victor was quite the character due to his humorous personality and generosity. He enjoyed all sports especially baseball being an outstanding player for the Colton High School Yellowjackets #5. He is survived by his sisters Sherry Jackson and Kathy Tantardino, nephews Derek Jackson, Marc Jackson, nieces Erin Jackson, Vanessa Avila, 1 great niece Alanah Jackson, numerous family members and friends. He will have his precious dog Storm by his side once again. Memorial service will be Thurs., Jan. 23rd at 6 pm and interment on Fri., Jan. 24th at 11 am both at Mt. View Mortuary and Cemetery, San Bernardino. Victor will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. He will always be in our hearts. RIP Bro.
