Wayne Donohoe, Of Glendora, passed away peacefully at his home on September 10. He was born in O'Neill, NE, May 5, 1935. He married Pat Bauer, on July 29, 1957. The couple settled in Glendora in the spring of 1960 among family & friends on Soderberg. Wayne had a long career in retail management beginning with May Co., which led to opening "Donohoe's Men's Shop" at The Eastland Mall in 1976.
Wayne will forever be remembered for his Irish charm, great smile, endless friendships, love of sports and his love for Pat and family. His laughter always filled the room and our hearts.
We love you Wayne, Dad, Papa & Uncle Wayne.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Pat Donohoe, 3 sons; Dan (Karen), Dean (Kim) and Chuck (Josie). Grandkids; Mary Pat, Steven, Brian, Emily, Erin (Dave), Kevin, Trap, Jesse, Desiree, Alex & Quinn, siblings Don, Dorothy, Karen, Margaret & Jerry. Inlaws; Jerry & Jo, Bill & Judy, Dan & Nancy and Nance along with countless nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, September 17 at St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church in Covina. Rosary at 9:30 am with Mass beginning at 10:00 am.
