Catalina Oxton of Rockland, died Oct. 15, 2013. Cat was born and raised in Spain and lived in Dorchester for many years when she came to the United States. She has lived in Rockland for 15 years. Cat worked as an investment advisor for Putnam Investments for 14 years, retiring in 2005. She was a skilled gardener and cook and could often be found decorating her home or spending time with family and friends. She was an incredibly intelligent woman, fluent in 5 languages. She will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Beloved wife of 52 years to Glenn Oxton of Rockland. Devoted mother of Josephine Josie Bell and her husband Mark of Brockton. Also survived by many close friends. Visiting hours were on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 4 - 8 p.m. in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, South Weymouth, at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends gathered in the funeral home Friday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m. prior to the burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree at 11 a.m. Donations in memory of Cat may be made to the
