Maureen M. (Donovan) Regan of Winchester, formerly of Arlington, died on Friday, Oct. 18. Beloved wife of Andrew P. Regan. Loving daughter of Timothy R. and Ruth A. (Francis) Donovan of Arlington. Dear sister of Terence P. Donovan of Arlington. Granddaughter of Bertha Francis of Hagerstown, Md. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Maureen grew up in Arlington, and graduated from Arlington High School and Northeastern University, with a degree in sociology. She was proud of her Irish heritage, studying in Dublin and Belfast and interning in the Irish parliament. She returned there with family a few years ago to visit relatives. A lover of animals, Maureen adopted several cats and a Boston terrier, Amy. Maureen was active in the hospital ministry and youth activities at her church, St. Eulalia Parish in Winchester. Maureen was emp-loyed as a senior institutional research analyst at the University of Massachusetts, where she was an inspiration to her co- workers. A funeral Mass was performed on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at St. Eulalia Parish in Winchester. Interment followed at Calvary Cemetery in Woburn.
