David Walcott, 82, of Peachtree City, Georgia and formerly of Bedford, Massachusetts, passed away on February 3rd, 2013. David was born to Mildred Clark Walcott and Wayne Walcott on July 20th, 1930. He graduated from Belmont High School of Massachusetts in 1949, and served in the air force for four years in France and Germany post-World War II. He married Carol Whitney in 1956. David was an avid tennis player, skilled photographer, and most importantly a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He made people laugh every day he lived and was known as "Grandpa" to many more than his own grandchildren. David is survived by his wife Carol, daughters Jodi Penn, Cindy Obremski, Bonnie Klein and their husbands, as well as his five grandchildren, one niece, and the rest of his family and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents and by his sister Claire. Family and friends will be invited at a later date for services and a celebration of his life in both Peachtree City and Bedford.
