Back in 1972 Mr. faucett had enough faith in my singing abilities to give me my first solo at the Dedham junior high school . I sang "where is love "from the musical Oliver. I was a boy in the seventh grade singing soprano and I wasn´t sure if I could go through with it.Thanks to mr. faucett who kept ensuring me I could do it and that I shouldn´t give up. I was able to sing my solo and I received a standing ovation because he took the time to make the effort . Rest In Peace mr. faucett

Mr Faucett taught music at the Riverdale Elementary School in Dedham. My friend and I were just talking about how kids these days probably just play music on iPhones for school plays but we had Mr Faucett jamming on the grand piano. He was an awesome teacher sorry to see he has passed

Mr. Faucet was a special chorus teacher while at Dedham High School. He encouraged me to play piano for our jazz band. He even arranged for me to have extra practice time on the baby grand piano there. Thank you for making my high school years rich in fond memories. The lives you touched are many!

Mr. Faucett taught me to love and understand choral music when I was just 12 years old. I know I probably drove him crazy, but he stayed with me and continued to encourage me throughout my high school years.
Mr. Faucett's belief in me led me to wonderful choral music opportunities at Dedham High School, the Connecticut College Chorus and the choir of St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Milton, MA.
I now live in Morristown NJ and am blessed to belong to a Christian community that is well known for it's outstanding Anglican music program.
God speed Mr. Faucett - I am sure that those naughty second sopranos in heaven need your guidance!
In Christ's + love that passes all understanding,
