Albert C. Vozzella 94, a long time Franklin resident, died Wednesday Oct. 27, 2010 at the Univ. of Mass. Medical Center in Worcester. He was the husband of the late Rose (Vilensky) Vozzella, who died in 1995. Born in Norfolk, July 6, 1916 a son of the late Rafael and Gaetana (Anazalone) Vozzella, he was educated in Norfolk and Walpole schools. For more than 43 years, until his retirement in 1981, he worked in the textile production for the former Buckley & Mann Co. in Norfolk. He was a member of and a former steward of Textile Workers Union of America Local # 580. He was also an avid New England Patriots fan. He is survived by many nieces and nephews, and was the brother of the late; Marino, Guy, Orlando, George and Arthur Vozzella, and Evelyn Clark. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Saturday at 9:15 a.m. from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home www.franklinfuneral.com, with a funeral Mass in St. Jude Church 86 Main St. Norfolk at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Franklin. Calling hours are Friday 4-8 p.m.
