Albert J. Paul Jr. 63, of Bellingham, died peacefully, Monday February 1, 2016 at his home, with his family at his side, following a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Donna M. (Plouffe) Paul. Born July 2, 1952 in Milford, a son of the late Albert J. Paul, Sr. and Nova Imogene (Lipsey) Paul, he was a resident of Bellingham for over 30 years. He was raised and educated in Franklin, and worked as a machinist & fork lift operator for the former J&J Corrugated Box Company in Franklin. He previously worked for the Clark Cutler & McDermott Company. Albert served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War; he attained the rank of private, and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the expert badge for the M16. He was honorably discharged in October 1972. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working on cars, attending cars shows, camping and sitting in his chair at the Cape Cod Canal. In addition to his wife of 31 years, he is survived by three daughters; Bethany M. Paul and her fianc Daniel Dearborn of Millville, Amber L. Paul and her fianc Daniel Indresano of Bellingham and Kelly Ann McCall of Franklin. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours with military honors Saturday, February 13th, at the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 2-4 p.m. His funeral service and interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Medway, will be held privately.
