Beryl M. Vecchiolla Obituary
Beryl M. (Osborne) Vecchiolla 61, of Milford, died peacefully, with her family at her side, Wednesday May 24, 2017 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, following an illness. She is now reunited with her be- loved late husband David R. "Grumpy" Vecchiola, who died in 2015. Born May 12, 1956 in the Roslindale section of Boston, a daughter of the late Franklin C. and Beryl May (Henry) Osborne, she was a former resident of Medway before moving to Milford in 1978. She was raised and educated in Medway and was a graduate of Newbury College, where she received an associates degree in business admin- istration. For many years Beryl worked for Lowells Dairy in Mendon and Wendys in Milford. Beryl treasured spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping at Wal-Mart and was a devoted member of the Grace Baptist Church in Franklin. She is survived by her daughters, Rose M. Vecchiolla, Faith G. Vecchiolla, and Beryl A. Vecchiolla, a sister Selma LaVerne of Medway, her grandchildren, Sophia, Jake and Olivia. She is also surviving are several nieces, nephews and her cats Sasha & Midnight. She is the sister of the late Elaine Carlow, Beverly Downs, Audrey Reed & Winnie Baker. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Friday June 2, 2017 at 1PM in the Grace Baptist Church 69 Beaver St. Franklin. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Medway. A period of visitation for family and friends will be held at the church on Friday from 12-1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to the Grace Baptist Church, Franklin.
