Chester "Chet" E. Mosher, 49, of Medway died suddenly January 31 at Milford Regional Medical Center after being stricken with a heart attack while at work. Born in Boston on June 20, 1962, the son of the late Edwin J. and Lorraine (Soucie) Mosher, Mr. Mosher was a lifelong Medway resident. Mr. Mosher was a graduate of Medway High School and had attended Northeastern University. Mr. Mosher had been a letter carrier for over 20 years working out of the Franklin Post Office. He served in the Navy during the early 1980's. Chet enjoyed hiking, canoeing, electronics and collecting comic books. He is survived by his sister Lori Ann Mosher Murphy and her husband James Murphy of Medway. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 4 in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 3 Barber St. in Medway at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery in New Bedford.
