David R. Vecchiolla Obituary
David R. Grumpy Vecchiolla 70, a lifelong Milford resident, died peacefully Tuesday June 16, 2015 at the Medway Country Manor Nursing Home. He was the husband of Beryl M. (Osborne) Vecchiolla. Born in Milford, November 14, 1944, a son of the late Angelo J. and Annie M. (Corbett) Vecchiolla he was raised and educated in Milford. He worked as a truck body builder for the former Trubilt Truck Body Company of Milford. He retired some years ago, due to a disability. He was a WW II history authority, and enjoyed fishing and grocery shopping. Surviving in addition to his wife of 37 years are 3 daughters; Rose M. Vecchiolla, Faith G. Fowler, and Beryl Anne Vecchiolla all of Milford, a brother Richard Vecchiolla of Uxbridge, 2 sisters, Marie Beal of Milford, Barbara Johnson of Woonsocket, 3 grandchildren, Sophia, Jake, Olivia and his 2 beloved cats, Blackie and Sahsa. He was also the brother of the late Angelo Vecchiolla. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service Tuesday June 23rd, at 1PM in the Grace Baptist Church 69 Beaver St. Franklin. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Medway. A period of visitation for family and friends will be held at the church on Tuesday from 12-1PM. Donations in his memory may be sent to the Salvation Army 29 Congress St. Milford, MA 01757 would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Charles F.
