Donald C. Graves, age 67, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 surrounded by the comfort of his loving family at the Epoch Senior Healthcare of Norton. He was the son of the late Culver and Doris Graves. Don was born on February 25, 1948 in Cambridge and was a graduate of Cambridge High and Latin, Class of 1965. He proudly served his country in the Coast Guard Reserves during the Vietnam War. He and his wife Sheila married on June 14, 1969 at St. Judes Church in Waltham. Don was the creator and founder of Don Graves Signs for twenty five years. Don will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Most of all, Pa loved his grandchildren. Don was a former Millis call firefighter. He was a long time member of the Millis Lyons Club and the Franklin Country Club. He was an avid golfer and loved casinos. He was a long time season ticket holder for the New England Patriots and was a huge Red Sox fan. Loving husband of Sheila Graves for over 46 years. Devoted father of Lisa Graves-Levey and her husband Brian of Medway, Gregory Graves and his wife Sarah of Pinehurst, NC, Peter Graves and his wife Selese of Attleboro and Stephen Graves of New York City. Beloved grandfather of Finn, Stella, Julia Jeanne, Sean and Gabrielle. Brother of the late Ellen Graves. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, April 8 from 4 to 8 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM at St. Marys Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Foxborough.
