Lucille H. (Tessier) Parker 75, of West Wareham, and a former longtime Franklin resident, died peacefully, Tuesday April 9, 2013 at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin following an illness. She was the beloved wife of Richard G. Parker, Sr. Born June 14, 1937 in Natick, a daughter of the late Alfred A. & Mary J. (Latour) Tessier, she was raised and educated in Natick and lived in West Wareham for the past 12 years. Lucille was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. While raising her family in Franklin, she worked as a typesetter for the Wayside Press Company in Franklin, Milford, and Framingham. She treasured time spent at the beach, camping, and going to the casino. In addition to her husband of 54 years, she is survived by her children; Susan M. Parker of Florida, Gail A. Doiron of Franklin, Bonnie J. Wheeler of Cumberland, RI, Richard G. Parker, Jr. of Bellingham, and Lisa J. Parker of Franklin, 2 sisters Jeanne Stanton of Natick and Kathy Blockburger of Florida. She is the sister of the late Theresa Rupert, Barbara Kelly, Arthur, Roland, Richard and Norman Tessier. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Saturday April 13th, at 10AM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Franklin. Her interment will be held privately. Calling hours are Friday April 12th, from 4-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be sent to a charity of ones choice.
