Paul A. DAscenzo Obituary
Paul A. DAscenzo 45, of Franklin, died peacefully, Tuesday November 19, 2013 at the Milford Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family following a long illness. Born October 15, 1968 in Milford, a son of Domenic and Pierina (Zappitelli) DAscenzo, he was a lifelong Franklin resident. Paul was raised & educated in Franklin schools and was a graduate of Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School class of 1987. He was a volunteer at the Pastorello Medical Center in Franklin. He treasured time spent with his family, and being around people. Paul enjoyed watching all the Boston sports teams, using his computer, and World Wrestling Entertainment. Paul was truly a genuine person who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Mario R. DAscenzo and his wife Caryn of Blackstone, a beloved nephew Mario R. DAscenzo, Jr., his aunts and uncles; Gino DAscenzo of Franklin, Robert and Phyllis Vozzella of Franklin, Carme and Jim Hayes of Attleboro, Rose DAscenzo of Franklin and Elena Pouliot-Zappitelli of Blackstone, and numerous cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Saturday November 23rd, at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. with a funeral Mass in St. Marys Church 1 Church Sq. Franklin at 10AM. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are Friday Nov. 22nd, from 4-8PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be sent to the Muscular Dystrophy Association 33 Lyman St. Westborough, MA 01581.
