Paula M. OBrien Obituary
Paula Marie OBrien, age 55, of Foxborough, passed away at her home after a long illness on Sunday, May 1, 2016. She was the beloved wife of Neal K. OBrien. She was born in Boston and raised in Walpole where she graduated High School. She was a graduate of Becker College in Worcester and attended Simmons College in Boston. She and her husband Neal were married at St. Brendan Parish in Dorchester on December 10, 1994. Paula was a registered nurse at the Faulkner Hospital in Boston for 30 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting. She also enjoyed traveling and watching the New England Patriots. Loving mother of Matthew N. and Andrew T. OBrien of Foxborough. Daughter of Virginia (Hamilton) of Walpole and the late Thomas Hanson. Sister of Thomas Hanson and his wife Celia of Wrentham, Jill Greeley and her husband Robert of Walpole, Gayle Martin and her husband Donal of Maine and Lisa Tripp and her husband William of Whitman. Also survived by several loving nephews and one niece. Relatives and friends were kindly invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 4-8 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St, Foxborough. A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday at 10 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, 10 Diamond St., Walpole. Interment followed at St. Francis Cemetery in South Walpole.
