Pauline M. Robinson Obituary
Pauline M. Robinson 87, of Franklin, passed away peacefully at the Maples Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Wrentham on Monday September 5, 2016. Pauline was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine (Farrell) Craig of Jamacia Plain, MA. She graduated from Mission High School and married William F. Robinson of Arlington on June 22, 1958. Bill and Pauline moved to Franklin in 1959 where Pauline was a long-time Brownie leader and instructor of decorate arts for the Franklin Adult Education program. Pauline was a member of the Historical Society of Early American Decoration. Her work had been awarded Brazer Guild status in the society. Pauline was the mother of Cynthia Wright of Gales Ferry, CT, Susan Roycroft of Plainville, MA and William E. Robinson of Franklin, MA. She was the grandmother of William (Catherine) Wright of Groton, CT, Kenneth (Angelina) Wright of Gales Ferry, CT, Courtney (John) Alexander of Lyndeborough, NH and Carl (Bri) Roycroft of Plainville, MA. She is also survived by her nieces Patricia Craig, Mary Craig, Jean Diskin, Joan Craig, Catherine Craig and nephews Edward and Paul Craig. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband William, her son-in-law Kenneth Wright, her brother Edward Craig and her sister Joannie Craig. The family would like to thank the staff of the Maples Rehabilitation Center for all the care and kindness they extended to Pauline. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday Sept. 9th at 9:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Marys Church 1 Church Sq. at 10AM. Interment will follow at St. Marys Cemetery. Calling hours are Thurs. Sept. 8th, from 4-8PM at the funeral home.
